التغيير في الاول بيبقى صعب و أحياناً مرعب علشان كده وجود الsupport system بتاعك حواليك مهم جداً زي العيلة و الصحاب و الwellness coach بتاعك. ليه؟؟ ١- حيساعدوك على التغيير و التجربة حتكون اسهل ٢- حتقدر تفضل ماشي على المسار الصحيح ٣- حتاخد ردود فعل و تعليقات من دورها انها تشجعك اكتر Making change can be tough! Having support from friends, family, coach is extremely important! Why? They can help you work through the change Stay on track and provide positive feedback
