ازي حضرتك يا دكتور لوسمحتي انا عندي مشكلة الدروس بدأت و لحد دلوقتي مش عارفة انظم وقتي بين الدروس اللي ممكن تاخد الحصة نفسها اكتر من ٣ ساعات و بكون لازم اصحى لها من بدري ساعة ساعتين و انا بطيئة جدااااا ممكن على اليوم كله اذاكر صفحة مثلا ده غير مواعيد الدرس الواحد اللي ممكن المدرس شرح فيه اكتر من٣ ساعات فبالتالي برجع من الدرس حاسة ان جسمي متدشدش مفيش طاقة بربع جنيه حتى لو شربت قهوة مفيش تركيز ولا نشاط انا ف منتهى الكسل بالرغم انني باخد مالتي فايتمنز للتركيز و زيادة النشاط مكتوب عليها كدة حتى افكاري مش منظمة و انا شخص مش منظم حتى اوضتي تشهد😭😂😅 و في مشكلة تانية بردو هي انني بتوتتتتتر جدا و ده بيخليني ممكن اغيب من الدروس مع انني مختارة مدرسين مش شديدين بس بخاف اتهزق او يفتكروا انني مهملة بقصد لكن فعلا انا نفسي مش حابة الوضع ده لانني ما كنتش كدة زمان زائد انا باخد سيرباس و تيجريتول الصبح اصلا زي ما كنت بقول لحضرتك ف اللايف ف انا مش عارفة اعمل ايه تاني انا في مرة انهارت عياط عشان جسمي واجعني جدا و مصدعة صداع شديد مش عارفة هو نوعه توتر اعتقد و بيجيلي نصفي كمان و ضربات قلب سريعة و مش قادرة اخد نفسي و مش عارفة اذاكر طول اليوم و بردو باخد علاج للصداع بانادول ماي جراين ساعات مش بيعمل حاجة من شدة الصداع او بسبب التوتر غير احساسي بالاكتئاب مش حزن لا هو اكتئاب فعلا يعني ساعاتمش بستمتع باللي بعمله لانني شخصية متململة جدا شعوري بالتعب و انخفاض الطاقة ساعات افراط ف الاكل او فقدان الشهية ماليش نفس اكل بالرغم انني جعانة و ده بيحصل بالذات لما انا و ماما بنكون متخانقين بحس باليأس كتيييير جدا و الاحباط ساعات كتير بنام قليل او كتير مبالغ فيه شوية الطبيعي بتاعي ٩ ساعات لكن غير كدة بيكون زي ما قولت بعاني من انخفاض التركيز و انا بعمل حاجة بتشتت كتيييير ساعات للأسف بأذي نفسي زي الكاتينج و ساعات بدعي على نفسي و انا مش حابة ده طبعا كل دي اعراض اكتئاب بالرغم انني باخد ادوية!! أسفة انني طولت بس ايه الحل لوسمحتي

اهلاً يا جميله 🌸 أنا متفهمه مشاعرك وواصلي منها انك محتاجه تفهمي نفسك اكتر وتشتغلي علي ثقتك بنفسك وبلاش طبعا انك توصلي نفسك من خلال الحوار الداخلي حاولي يكون إيجابي علشان يأثر عليكي بشكل إيجابي مش سلبي من خلال: ممارسه تكنيك الامتنان الذاتي ممارسه الرعايه الذاتيه وعلشان القلق والتوتر يقل حاولي تعملي تمارين اليقظه الذهنيه والاسترخاء غيري من نمط الحياه اليوميه مارسي رياضه مهما كانت خفيفه لأنها هتحسن من مزاجك واكيد هنتظرك في اللايف بكون متواجده يوميا ماعدا الجمعه من الساعه ٨ للساعه ١٢ اتمنالك يوم لطيف ☺️
