أهلاً وسهلا بحضرتك محاولة إرضاء الناس او الحصول علي إعجابهم في شقين الأول انه هيضرك ويخليكي بتقدمي تنازلات طول الوقت وتتعرضي للإستغلال وتفقدي نفسك وقيمك في سبيل إرضائهم، الشق التاني وهي الهدف من الرغبه دي في حد ذاته واللي وارد يكون الشعور بالوحده مثلاً، في جميع الاحوال السؤال بيوحي بنسبة كبيرة عن ضعف الثقة بالنفس وتدني تقدير الذات . وبمجرد ما نعالج ده وتوصلي لتقدير الذات الصحي وتمام الثقة بالنفس هتلاقي عندك من التوافق النفسي اللي مخليكي مكتفيه بذاتك وفي نفس الوقت قادرة تكوني علاقات صحية بمنتهي السهولة بإذن الله، لو تحبي تقدري تتواصلي معايا علي الcommunity بتاعي survive & thrive او تدخلي في call معايا في مواعيد الlive نتكلم بتفاصيل أكتر ونمشي مع بعض خطوات بناء الثقة بالنفس.
