أسماك فيها اوميجا 3 ..زيت زيتون ف كل وجباتك..مع الالتزام بالأدوية ف مواعيدها امنعى سكريات ونشويات لأن دا اول حط الدهون ..زودى الحركة . شاى اخضر ..واى حاجة فيها بصل كتييير وخُضرة لأنهم بيقللوا الكوليسترول جداااا عن تجربة ربنا يعافيكى😍
