Recently I have become a mom of a girl. I am obviously very Happy and proud of myself for giving birth to such a beautiful soul. While I am enjoying motherhood and cherishing each moment spent with her I am also experiencing several changes in my mood such as getting irritated or anxious or emotional. I don't know if it is just baby blues or I am experiencing some problem. Do you think that I need to take therapy? Pls guide me

You can definitely take some therapy to rule out anything serious+ therapy is always beneficial only❤️

It's normal to feel a range of emotions after becoming a mom, but if mood changes persist or become intense, talking to a professional can help determine if therapy is beneficial for you.

How long has it been since you delivered. It’s very natural to feel low and mood switches post delivery. However if it goes beyond a few months please speak to your Gynac. If she brushes you off pl take a second opinion. Speak to friends or family who you can be vulnerable with. Therapy is completely a personal call. If there’s no one you trust with your vulnerability then the pray may be a decision you can lean on. Listen to your heart about yourself .. esp after becoming a mother our intuitive senses are getting cultivated and are very strong.. use them to your benefit .
