I'm a 30 year old woman who is working in a company. I am a good employee who is working hard and has contributed a lot to the company. I have been more than 5 years with this company and seeing my dedication towards my work I feel I need a raise in my salary. But I have a team dominated by men and me being the only women. I feel this might make it difficult for me to get my salary increased. How ca I confidently ask for a raise in my salary ? @Vanilla Girl

Hi! Hurdles are good! It helps you how to deal with tough situations in life. If you have all easy situations in your life, you will learn nothing! Be there, learn meditation, excercise and eat right to be at an energy level which people will start commending! It's important to take care of yourself while you are dealing with these situations. Otherwise, you will not be able to deal with others. So the essence is hurdles are good, embrace it, tackle it, go through it, and finally learn, learn, learn as much as you can in every situation to become aware and alert all the time of self and others!! I just blocked a friend of ten years. It really hurt my feelings too. But don’t let nobody play in yo face. Don’t let people be bad friends to you. And don’t accept bare minimum from friends the same way you do in relationships. I deserve better than that. You do too.
