Hi @dipanti. I had once taken healing with access bars. Just wanted to know how is it different from other energy healing modalities eg reiki,pranic healing, Akashic healing etc

I am struggling with work currently. I have changed my job in the month of April and it's going to be 2 months now. I am struggling with work life balance. Sometimes I am working till 2-3 am in the morning. It's getting worse and worse with the time and I am not being able to get proper training. My senior is not very helpful. Can you please share anything regarding to it that might help me? Thanks in advance!

Apko ptha.... whenever Im feeling depressed or anything is not good in my day to day routine I just lovento go for shopping and buy everything and like in mall .. is't the best healing for me to get over from a bad mood or a tiff ,any kind of thing happening in my family which is making me sad so shopping is the best way to appreciate yourself to keep a smile on your face ,in front of everyone and it feels so relax when you unbox the things you shop today and I am full now and tell me what kind of things you do when you are sad ???
