Hi @dipanti. I had once taken healing with access bars. Just wanted to know how is it different from other energy healing modalities eg reiki,pranic healing, Akashic healing etc

Hello, thank you for sharing this. It's so true that engaging in activities we enjoy helps us feel relaxed and better during stressful moments. Shopping serves as a short-term solution, but along with that, you should also focus on addressing the root cause of what is affecting your mood and work on that too.
