Sometimes you should let the other person engage in activities like dusting, mopping, cleaning 🧼 windows 🧹, washing clothes, washing dishes. Because sometimes it's not their home 🏡 they wanna clean, it's their minds that they wanna clean 🫧. 🥰 Agree?

Hello, yes, I totally agree that engaging in these activities not only helps us physically but also can act as healthy coping mechanisms to deal with stressors. Moreover, it's always better to share responsibilities than to take all the burden on ourselves.

Absolutely, I agree! Engaging in household chores can be therapeutic and provide a sense of accomplishment. It's not just about maintaining a clean physical space; it's also about clearing the mind and finding peace through simple, repetitive tasks. Sharing these responsibilities can also strengthen bonds and foster mutual understanding between partners or family members.

Yes I agree. I have heard this many times. This doesn't work for me but for many it does. It helps them in decluttering the thoughts in their mind

Hey! i completely agree with you when we clean our home, we cook our food it gives us immense pleasure. also decorating our home also makes us feel like an achievement and I think for women it works as a physical exercise also. but women should also engage their husband's so that they can share quality time while doing household chores together.

I get that everyone needs their own space, but it's tough figuring out the right amount. How much space should you give your partner without making them feel neglected or pushing them away?
Hey there!I am a psychologist so I would love to offer you some tips when beginning with having an open communication which is cleared and honest. A communication needs comprehension and I would like for you to try using "I" phrases. for example, rather than saying "you're always around," trying saying " I need some time alone to recharge". This helps in not sounding accusatory and putting your needs forward. You can also have dedicated space and time in your home where you treat it as a retreat alone time space. While creating a schedule, be respectful of your partners routine and yours also. I would love to talk more about this with you, and I hope to see you in a live session. till then, all the best and take care of yourself.

Ugh, this is a tough one. So my boyfriend and I live together, which is great most of the time. But right now, I just need a little "me time." Problem is, with the whole cohabitation situation, giving each other space feels impossible. Any ideas on how to create some boundaries within the same apartment?

Living with my partner is great, but lately, I feel like we're on top of each other 24/7. I miss having some "me time." Is it possible to give each other space in a tiny apartment? Maybe it's about creating boundaries or scheduling some solo activities. Any tips would be a lifesaver!

So, how do I actually get some space when we're in the same place? Can I politely ask my partner to spend an evening with friends or family so I can have some time to myself? Are there ways to create a sense of privacy within our own home?
Yes asking for space is important you can politely let them know how you do love them but needing personal space is also important to help relationship grow

Riya was a topper of her class. Almost every guy used to like her. One day she invited her friends home for having lunch. While they were sitting in her room they were just seeing here and there in her room, wondering how neat does she keep her room. Suddenly one of her friend found a drawing file in the drawer of her studying table. When she opened it, she was shocked to look at the beautiful paintings and was curious to know who had made the. Riya hesitatingly said that she had made all those by herself. Her friends were a little upset with her as she never mentioned something like this toh them. Later she explained that she feared that it will ruin her image of topper that she has in school. As everyone thinks that toppers only study the whole day and do nothing else. Is it normal to keep aspects of one's personality hidden from everyone?
Hello, yes, it is perfectly normal and upto a person about how much they wish to share about their life with others, what they are comfortable sharing. Think of it,we all have our own little secrets that we don't wish to revel.

Have you ever felt the feeling to hurt someone. I have many times. Few days back only I did a mischievous thing. I don't like my neighbors that much. so one day I saw their doormat outside their house and decided to keep it two floors above their. I also put a kundi on their door from outside. But that day i dont know what happended. i went home and put lots of chillies in my food and ate it telling myslef that what i did was wrong. Is it common to have thoughts of hurting myself or others?
Anonymous-12d
It's "Live and let others live". Hope you're not caught on Cctv doing silly things 😅 Or maybe neighbours are very annoying and you try to pull his nerves, Although it's mal-intent and they can file complaint or they can consider it as Masti and let go! Hurting yourself or others "without a cause" can be a mental issue. Talk with a therapist on coto!

Hey everyone! Mother's Day is just around the corner, and if you're like me, you're probably in search of the perfect gift to show your mom just how much she means to you. Instead of the usual flowers or chocolates, why not get a little creative this year. Give your suggestion on what can be a creative gift for Mother's Day? What are some stores to buy online?
