Hi There, I hope you are well. While there are alternative therapies, and natural remedies for PCOS, we need to understand that one size doesn't fit all. Our bodies may react differently to different remedies, and so on. Hence, the best way to heal your body with PCOS is to opt for a healthy lifestyle. - Eating enough, fibre, protein, and good fats in the diet. - Having Vitamin D and Calcium rich foods . - Drinking enough water. - Maintaining our ideal weight. - Working out for 4-5 times in a week. It can be a simple walk as well. - Meditating to reduce stress. - Sleeping well to ensure that proper recovery and healing can happen. Not getting enough sleep can also through your hormones off balance. - Avoiding the consumption of packaged, ultra processed, and refined foods. - Eat fresh and light home-cooked meals with minimal oil, sugar, and salt. - Incorporate enough fruits, and vegetables to your diet. - Eat smaller meals and eat in portions:) Take care.

Hi beautiful, I hope you are doing well. -Weight gain in PCOS is primarily seen due to insulin resistance, high androgen levels and high insulin levels. -However, I have good news for you 🙂 - You can live a healthy lifestyle even with PCOS, and you can lose weight in a healthier manner as well. - All you need to do is focus on your well-being. - Not everyone on Instagram has a perfect body and there are various applications that are used to morph one's appearance. - Hence, start my bringing in small changes in your lifestyle. - Workout for 20-30mins everyday. In ancient times, it was said that a couple should not have sex during periods when woman is on her period. But From a modern medical point of view, sexual intercourse during menstruation is normal and not perversion. But it can be associated, although remotely, with undesirable pregnancy, the development of sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) and possible endometriosis. To avoid pregnancy/infection one can use condom while doing it. But regularly indulging in period sex can be cause of retrograde menstruation and it can carry fresh pieces of endometrium which can get implantated outside uterus like on ovaries, uterine ligaments or even rectum. This is endometriosis. So take this into consideration.
Yes you can absolutely do it! Infact, periods can make sex more pleasureable too as period blood is a natural lubricant! Just make sure you are being safe: using protection if you are not planning a pregnancy and to remain safe from STIs as well. Proper communication and consent are important!

#PeriodTalk We all know from common knowledge that an ideal period lasts between 3-5 days. However, for some women periods can last for 7 days throughout their lives. This doesn't indicate that something is wrong. The ideal period length is the average you have for each period. A normal period day would be using 3-5 pads, or changing out your cup 3-4 times a day. More on the first couple of days when periods are usually heavier. If you have to use more than 5-7 pads during all days of your period and feel increasing fatigue it would be ideal to get it checked to ensure there is no cause for heavy bleeding and you don't have anemia as a result.
