I track using the Flo app. My favourite part is adding the symptoms I experience on different days to be able to closer analyse how my cycles run each month.

For me it is exercising at least 5 days a week, and sleeping at the same time daily, to ensure I get my 7 hours.

If this is the first time then you could wait it out for a few more days. Sometimes stress, changes in your lifestyle, sleeping patterns can all contribute to delays. Recent illness, taking some meds can also be a reason. However, if you are consistently having delayed periods, and other signs such as fluctuations in weight, changes in period flow, cramps, mood changes, consider checking in with your gynecologist.

It's B for me. I love lifting weights and doing some HIIT circuits. I also enjoy doing workouts alone since I spend most of my days talking with people all day. So it helps me unwind.

This is a high dose of progesterone given which when stopped usually, results in bleeding within 5-7 days, since progesterone levels fall. A normal period also works the same way, where after the fall of progesterone you should get your period. Once bleeding occurs your cycle should become regular. However, if it doesn't, in the next couple of cycles I would recommend checking with your gyenecologist again

Yes, these are some symptoms, but there are possibilities that you might not have any symptoms for some days still you have STI. In some cases symptoms appear after window period just like in HIV infection. Some infection may remain silent and will make trouble to your partner/when you become weak on immunity level, they will start appearing. Women may experience the following symptoms also: Burning or itching in the vagina A discharge or odor from the vagina Pain around the pelvis Bleeding from the vagina that is not normal Pain deep inside during sex Sores, bumps or blisters in the vagina, anus, or mouth Burning and pain with urine or with bowel movements Having to go to the bathroom often warts/skin tags around genitals Some STI can give you cancer also like HPV infection. So never underestimate STI. whenever you have any of these symptoms, always consult with gynec or Sexologist. Get yourself tested If you have multiple partners always use precautions(condom/ female condom).

#PeriodTalk We all know from common knowledge that an ideal period lasts between 3-5 days. However, for some women periods can last for 7 days throughout their lives. This doesn't indicate that something is wrong. The ideal period length is the average you have for each period. A normal period day would be using 3-5 pads, or changing out your cup 3-4 times a day. More on the first couple of days when periods are usually heavier. If you have to use more than 5-7 pads during all days of your period and feel increasing fatigue it would be ideal to get it checked to ensure there is no cause for heavy bleeding and you don't have anemia as a result.

Hi @docmfrank I hope you are well, Spotting can happen due to various reasons including - - Use of birth control pills - Ovulation - Pregnancy - Implantation bleeding - Uterine fibroids - Endometriosis - PID ( Pelvic inflammation disease) - Sexually transmitted disease - PCOS - Thyroid issues - Certain medications - Trauma caused to the reproductive organs such as that during "rough sex". - Stress - Uterine polyps , and even cancer. I think in her case, it could be ovulation, or something like PCOS, birth control, or Fibroids :) She should see a gynecologist once, and go through a Transvaginal scan to understand the reason behind it. Prevention is better than cure :)

I think I feel most stressed when there is less time and more to do and your work will be judged like there will be a social display of it …. And I wasn’t aware of it untill recently however I organise , prioritise and just do it and once done , it relief however within the process I am a lil cranky and do feel like there can be more support from family….. however I guess in a normal circumstance I end up doing everything for them & me to save time hence I have not made that a consistent Habit…. Hence I suffer during crisis….

Many of my clients train and train so well and regularly but then go back to eating to non supportive and non nourishing the body ways of eating , I urge you all to exercise and eat to energise your bodies , sleep well rest and recovery is super important to let your muscles recover and get stronger, try to aware of stress and learn means and ways to manage it!!!! Sundays are light for me too, as it is my rest day before a week of routine starts. I have eggs for breakfast and a light lunch with rice, dal and some chicken. My last meal early evening is a bowl of fruits and some nuts.
