Hello everyone, I am Jabin and I'm a counselling psychologist with CBT certification and a Master's degree in psychology. I am very happy to see you all here today. So, let me start by telling you a little bit about my journey. I was always intrigued by psychology even as a school kid and that's what led me to pursue this as a career. After getting into this field, I realised the importance and impact of human emotions and relationships in an individual's life leading me to the position of a relationship coach. Hence, as a relationship coach, I am here so we can navigate the intricacies of relationships and the fair amount of issues it comes with. I don't know how to handle my relationship. I feel like I have no life because I demand time and attention from my boyfriend who has so many other plans going on. He often has his day planned out and gives me very less time while I feel like I keep waiting for him without much happening. I don't have many friends because I have been an introvert but I want to change this dynamics and have a life of my own. I'm here to seek help and make new friends. Please help me? Any advice is greatly appreciated. ☺️🥹
