First of all start loving yourself dear. When you prioterise yourself, others starts noticing it and will always think about it before doing anything. Many times our expectations and husband's doings don't match. Because they are not taught to understand our basic emotional needs. But when we communicate with them openly but without irritation, then only they start noticing it. And if he is doing everything just to irritate you, take some deep breaths and just keep smiling, and do whatever you want......he will definitely change his way. After all we also require him. And for friends group....we all here on CoTo are there to be on your side. Welcome to the Free community of Girly gang! Open, non-judgemental and safe space!

Hi, I do have 16 yrs of experience in healthcare bpo, but now have upskilled with Excel, powerbi, SQL, prompt engineering, generative AI tools, etc. , but I don't have hands-on experience in IT. Looking for a career shift.

Hi, Its really good that you have upgraded yourself with skills. Well, if you want to switch into IT sector then if you are still working in same sector then you can ask within your firm to take some minor project to utilise these skill sets or solve any problem with these skills so that you could share build the experience.. Another case would be if you aren't working in the firm and try to look for new job in IT then try to do some internships or paid projects to gets hands on experience and then move your career trajectory into the IT domain by gaining some experience.
