كام واحد فينا بدأ في حاجه ومكملهاش كام واحد فينا حس بمشاعر سلبيه زي القلق والتفكير الزياده وقلة الثقه بالنفس كام واحد فينا مش قادر يتخلص من احساسه بالذنب كام واحد فينا مش قادر يضبط علاقاته مع الناس كل المشاعر دي انا شخصيا مريت بيها وقعدت فتره كبيره بحاول اتخلص منها واحده واحده وعشان استفيد اكتر واتعلم اكتر قررت اخد كورس الrelation ship coaching والحمدلله بقيت certified coach وقررت انا كمان اساعد الناس وابدء رحلتي مع الكوتشنج
