There are a lot of things going on in my mind, a lot has happened lately, regarding family, friends, relationships and my own self. There are times when I act and react in a certain way that doesn't feel right, no it isn't right. Funny thing is, back of mind I know I shouldn't be reacting that way, there's this voice which tells me "this is not how you deal with things, this is not who you are, calm down!" But I can't seem to calm down, what should I do!? I'll loose my sanity in the process, it willl cost me the people I love. Should I meditate? Should I seek medical help? or should should I just leave things be!?
