هو لما أكون بتعامل مع الناس بالشكل إن بعدي مواقف مره و آتنين بس لما إللي قدامي يزيد فيها و اشتكي منه أقول ع المواقف إللي عديتها هل ده يبقى إني بشيل من الناس أو إني بتعامل بوشين ؟ لأن من وجهة نظري أنى مش هقدر احكم من موقف واحد إللي قدامي بيتمنا لي الخير ولا قاصد الأذى

اهلا يا حلوه 🌼 الاحكام بتوجعنا وبتاذينا وبتوصلنا مشاعر زى الغضب والحزن والخذلان وتأنيب الضمير والذنب الخ وفكرت انك بوشين علشان مبقتيش مستحمله رد الفعل الغير مريح بالنسبالك ده حكم فعلا وحكم معطل من حقك تعبرى عن المك واستياءك واى شعور وصلك وهنا والان نبتدى نتعلم ازاى نعبر عن نفسنا ومشاعرنا ونوصها والعلاقات الفعاله واليقظه وتجاوز المحن اشجعك تحضرى الايف ونتكلم ف مشكلتك وانا هرد عليك ونتكلم ف تفاصيل اكتر علشان نوصل لحل دمتى بخير وود واستقرار 🥰 منتظراك ميعاد الايف النهارده ٣م٥م٧م منتظراك ياحلوه
