1. Drink natural Bone Broth 2. Cut down on sugar consumption 3. Avoid Alcohol 4. Consume Vitamin C rich foods ; bell pepper, kiwi, broccoli, strawberry, guava, oranges,.. 5. Skin protection against UV 6. Check with your skincare health provider if you are in need for Vitamin C and/or collagen supplementation 7.Boost your HGH by deep sleep from 10pm-2am when the body has produced the max melatonin which also repairs collagen.
Thank you 💕

Having a purpose in life is essential for your overall wellbeing. To have a long term goal is associated with many benefits including economic success, longevity and good health. It is ok if you cannot find your sense of purpose. This is a process that needs exercising and reflection. The following steps could help you find yours: 1. Identify the things you care about 2. Narrow them down by reflecting on what you care for the most ( The valued living questionnaire might help you) 3. identify your strengths whether as in hobbies or skills 4.Try volunteering. Adding value to the world is a good step towards finding what you are good at 5.Start writing your daily gratitude list 6. Think of the people you admire most 7. Imagine your best self Having a sense of purpose gives meaning and direction in life. People who have purpose are happier, more resilient and successful than those who don’t.
I love all your posts.. you’re an inspiring person

Keep your skin safe off UVA/UVB rays There are 3 types Ultraviolet sun rays ( UVA UVB UVC) but the ones that are mostly harmful to living beings on earth are the; UVA and UVC. Luckily, only 10% of the sun radiation that reaches us is UV. UV rays are strongest between 10/11am till 4pm We need sun exposure for obtaining vitamin D which is an essential nutrient for calcium absorption, bone health and immunity function. On choosing sunscreen make sure you consider the following: 5 harmful ingredients to avoid in sunscreen: 1. Aluminum Can cause oxidative damage in skin increasing risk for skin cancer 2. benzophenones Can contribute to endocrine disruption 3. Enzacamene Some studies suggest that it contributes to thyroid and pituitary dysfunction 4. homosalate: A chemical that increases the body’s absorption to pesticides causing endocrine disruption and hormonal imbalances 5. Oxybenzone: Studies show that it causes allergic skin reactions, endocrine disruption. it affects estrogen production in women and may increase the risk to breast cancer How to choose a slightly healthier sunscreen: Choose a mineral sunscreen/ broad sunscreen/ UVA protection A non nano zinc oxide sunscreen is a healthy option and thou it will leave a white cream layer on your skin but it saves you from UV rays and also toxic ingredients
best sunscreen product is forever sunscreen cream

i’m Menna. I’m a holistic health Coach, and my passion is to help women to maintain a healthy lifestyle that is sustainable. I received my training and education as a health coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York. During my nutrition training, I was introduced to over 100 dietary theories from Eastern to Western, ancient to modern and everything in between to come to identify that the offered food on our plate is secondary to our relationships, career, financial challenges, spirituality, home cooking, physical movement, stress management and our self-care, all of which are aspects of life that we call primary foods. Balancing our primary foods is what fills our souls and satisfy our hunger for life. I am here not to provide a list of food restrictions nor to reside on calories count or proteins or fats or carbs but I’m here to start with you the journey of holistic wellness. I’m here to empower you to recognize the areas of imbalances on and off the plate in your lives. My mission is to guide you to a happier and healthier life that you can sustain as a lifestyle. Along the journey we will achieve goals that include;improving gut health by focusing on whole real foods, reducing comfort junk foods, treating sugar cravings, balancing blood sugar, maximizing sleep quality, energy and spirituality, applying stress management tools and maintaining relationships. more
