@Amina_Essam اهلا بيكي يا دكتور 🤍 هو العسل الاسود فيه نسبة حديد فعلا ومصدر من المصادرة المهمة بس بيختلف حسب المكان الي بنجيبه منه والعسل الاسود الاشهر والاغلب في العالم انه بيتعمل من القصب او السكر مش من البنجر وشكراً ليكي🤍
