One of my cousin's sisters was very healthy and due to that she had to face several rejections by boys’ families approaching for shaadi. This made her mental health worse but she didn’t take it as the trauma. She worked out and lost 20 kgs within 4 months and got married. Share a piece of advice or encouragement for someone who may be struggling with body image. Let's create a supportive space for sharing wisdom! #mybodymyvoice
Embrace your uniqueness, prioritize health over societal expectations, and remember your worth extends beyond appearances.

I don't know why some women stare so badly! Upar se leke niche tak, wo bhi slow motion me…. It makes me doubt my outfit, my looks and it makes me uncomfortable about everything! Have you ever had a moment when someone's words or actions challenged your body positivity? How did you respond, and what did you learn from the experience? #mybodymyvoice
I don't want to reply, but sometimes it's necessary to speak for yourself, so I respond with whatever comes to my mind at that moment. I don't think about how it affects her, but it helps me feel better.

Well, I have a big nose. A very highlighting feature of my face! Sometimes it looks really odd to me. But then one day I got my nose pierced and wore a nose ring, I started loving that the most on my face. Share a moment when you embraced a so-called "imperfection" and turned it into a source of pride. #mybodymyvoice
I really like my eyes, and others have also complimented me, saying that my big eyes look beautiful according to my face.

Skin care is the best thing I do whenever I feel low. How do you practice self-compassion on days when you're not feeling your best? Share your self-soothing strategies and let's support each other through the ups and downs. #mybodymyvoice
We all should always take care of our skin. Otherwise skin looses it's elasticity and started looking older.

I was thinking the overweight the only issues... but aaj pata chala grey and short hairs are not tolerated! I mean how much do we have to groom ourselves to be accepted? #mybodymyvoice
It can feel challenging when societal expectations extend to appearance, including weight, grey hair, and height. Acceptance should focus on individuality and inner qualities rather than conforming to external standards.

My mother has always pointed out small things about my bhabhi. For example she chopped her hair off, she inked a tattoo on her wrist. This was disturbing for my bhabhi and she shared it with me! Then it was my responsibility to make my mother understand that these short hairs and tattoos will not change the behavior of bhabhi…. Let her do the things she wants to! How do you educate others about the importance of respecting individual choices and autonomy over one's body? #mybodymyvoice
Promote open dialogue, emphasize personal autonomy, and highlight that choices don't define character.

Girls, you have to be very cool and calm to tolerate everyday’s issues related to your body. So let’s share a mindfulness exercise or meditation practice that helps you stay connected to your body and soul. Let's create a toolbox of calming techniques! #mybodymyvoice
when things get overwhelming, I retreat to a quiet spot, sit down comfortably, and indulge in some intentional deep breathing. Feeling the air fill my lungs and then slowly releasing it helps me center myself, reconnect with my body, and face the day with renewed strength.
