Here are some questions that may help you in finding a solution :) - Have you noticed this often, or it has happened for the first time ? - Are you on any medications? - Have you recently started a new diet or exercise regime or have you reduced the number of calories in the diet ? - Are you stressed ? - Did you gain weight or lose weight recently? - Has your consumption of refined, processed or packaged foods increased off late ? If periods are late by 8 days then it's fine. However if this occurs frequently every month then you should consult a gynecologist.
