مثلا لو في حد أذاني و قال عليا كلام سلبي بحاول أولا ماسمعش لكلامه ده لأنه مش حقيقي و بحاول أقنع نفسي إن مش أنا اللي فيا مشكلة و إني أنا مادام ماعملتش حاجة غلط فعلا و سلوكي كان إيجابي فالمشكلة مش من عندي إذاً المشكلة عند الشخص اللي بيتبلى عليا و بيحاول يحسسني إني وحشة
