how do you keep yourself motivated.. I am trying so hard I am a PhD scholar in University of Delhi.. and in my last year of PhD and writing chapters but I can not focus at all.. I get distracted so easily.. and no matters how much I thought to invest in studies I just can't. please give some suggestions that have worked for you. #stayingmotivated
