hi! What Is Important is that you need to be centered. It's with the closed ones that we will have fights, arguments etc, not with strangers, isnt it? Communication channel is the most important in any realtionship(s). If it is getting out of control then you need to take your call. Observe, express your feelings/needs and request of what you want from them..
