greetings, I am a therapist and would like to offer some guidance. marriage is another milestone in life but it's never easy to have a work life balance. You can try to do the following: It’s important not to let work consume your life completely. Instead, set daily limits about how long you’ll be working and what tasks you’ll be engaging in. Some ways to get your spouse on board with your work-life balance goals are to discuss the issue openly and honestly, offer support, and set reasonable expectations.
