I am a Certified Yoga & Wellness Instructor from Ministry of Ayush, Govt of India & YIC from SVYASA Bangalore. I am on a mission to educate and guide people regarding mentel health Issues and teach them basic techniques to help avoid/ resolve them. After working in various engineering colleges as lecturer for considerable time I incidentally ventured into the field of Yoga & fitness and thereafter there was no looking back. I did my MSc in Yoga and have been serving in Station Health Organisation (Indian Navy, Kochi) for the last two years before I shifted to Bangalore in Aug this year. I have been closely associated with people of all age groups with mental and physical health issues and have helped them to overcome it.
