Hi everyone, I'm a meditation coach helping you reconnect with your inner calm, one breath at a time. My journey into meditation began at age three, sitting beside my mother—a devoted meditation teacher—absorbing her serene presence and stillness. At 16, I was formally initiated by Guru Rishi Prabhakar Guruji and later blessed with mantra dhyana by Dr. Mohan Reddy Guruji. With over 10 years of conscious practice and 5 years of teaching experience, certified in SSY (Samadhi Abyasa), I've guided both children and adults. As a medical student, meditation became my anchor through academic pressures, helping me manifest my dreams. I specialize in Soham dhyana, samadhi abyasa, Ho'oponopono mantra, mantra japa dhyana, and visualization meditation—techniques that help rewire the subconscious, heal the inner child, and support mental health through self-love and conscious breathing.
