I find myself caught between the demands of a thriving career and the desire for a fulfilling relationship. It's a constant struggle, and I wonder if anyone else feels the same. How do you maintain a balance between your professional ambitions and personal life?

I feel that is a struggle common to women these days. Please try the following things: List down the priorities of your life. Write a goal for 5 years that has both your personal and professional life. Share that with your partner. "If you want to win war don't try to win battles"so pick your battles. Prioritize self care by scheduling some time everyday for your self care activities. Practice self love Be assertive when you want to set boundaries with people at work or at home. Sometimes when knowledge of what matters to us is missing we end up spending time to every next thing so plan your day,plan your week . If we want to create a beautiful life inclusive of personal and professional growth managing time and priorities always help. I hope that will help. Thanks Isha
