Bio
A Shakespearean soul turned social entrepreneur, found The Special Mom to help and empower parents & caregivers of special need people. This mother of two embarked on this journey when she realised that as a mother she's the loneliest and in dire need of help herself than her son with autism. This fueled her journey into a wonderful community of close to 7 thousand parents & professionals across all social media platforms to come together and create a robust ecosystem. She is the recipient of She The People's 40 over 40 award, Gurugram Achievers Award 2019 and in March 2023 she was awarded with One Special Woman by 1 Special Place. She believes in adding value in every life she touches. 'We are stronger together' her & The Special Mom's vision.

The Special Mom is an effort to empower the special need parental & caregiving journey. Often as parents, we sometimes are baffled and confused seeing our child/children. We ask questions and none of the answers convince us, after all we gave birth to our beautiful dream and its our supreme priority to nurture it. The Special Mom invites all parents, who sometimes or the other have questions about their child's development, general behavior and an itch to find the answer of "what now?"
