kiya Maine code cutting ka meditation but nahin hua mere se 5 minut karne ke bad ya 10 minut karne ke baad maine band kar diya aur mere sar mein ekadam Se Dard uthana shuru ho gaya Mera focus nahi ban pa Raha acche se starting mein jab Kiya tab nahin banaa bich mein तीन-चार minut ke liye meri chest ke pass kuchh vibration si Hui Fr focus hat Gaya Shayad ho sakta hai ki daily karne per focus Lage but aaj nahin Laga Mera
