Dear Coto-mates, I am seeking serious guidance on personal front. I was in a relationship and while I was out of town in December 23, I got to know about the sudden demise of my partner. As shocking as it was for me,I got to know about it 2 days after his demise. Y so? because we were just about to officially announce it to our families and friends in Jan 24. I am trying my best to deal with it and come to terms with it, but it's just not happening. I tried various things to divert mind like meditation, prayers, focussing on hobbies, work, meeting friends..but nothing seems to work out. I don't know what to do. it's been more than 2 months since this incident happened, and I am still not able to believe it. Can someone please guide me on how to come out of this phase! Thank you for reading my post

Dear, time is the Best healer, Loved ones are always in your heart they never leave , hope younhave shared with your parents & speak out your heart to them , always remm every child is important to their parents , Ur sorrow is empathetic but I think you should see from other side what his parents must be going through, Infact meet them share those moments , try to understand them. infact share your sorrow , try to be their pillar too . i thing remm Life is beautiful , what we have in life is life ❤️ think about your parents too ,your goals ,but ❤️😍 me time , don't over think . zindagi Gulzar hai 🌹
