Hello! Can you be more specific. Did you bleed after two days of having sex, or only during the second time of having sex. If it is the first time you are having sex, it could be a reason to notice spotting. Also sometimes rough sex, or if you are not lubricated sufficiently it can cause bleeding. But regularly noticing bleeding during penetrative intercourse would require medical attention.
