Hi there, I hope you are well. -I completely understand what you must be feeling right now. -But remember one thing, you aren't to be blamed. -You put your trust in someone that that person spoke behind your back, which is not your fault. - At least you can love and trust people, however just be little wary the next time you put your trust in anyone with respect to the condition you are suffering from. - Take time out, go for a walk, spend time with yourself, cook for yourself, exercise, practice yoga, and meditation, keep yourself busy in some activity or hobby, these will help you in healing. - Most importantly, accept yourself, and love yourself because no one else is going to do it for you :) - Give yourself some time, sooner or later you will be proud of yourself. - And, yes, it can be operated and treated. I know someone who had the same issue. - Talk to a gynecologist and seek proper guidance and help. Take care ❤️ stay strong! This shall pass, too.
Answer
I suffer from heavy bleeding. Are there dietary adjustments that can help manage this?
Hi there, I hope you are well. If you've been suffering from heavy bleeding, then, there are chances that you may have a menstrual health issue. Conditions like PCOS, endometriosis, fibroids, uterine polyps, pelvic inflammatory disease can lead to heavy bleeding. Hence, it's important to check with a gynecologist. Here's what you need to do. - Increase your fibre intake as fibre can keep your gut healthy and ultimately help in excess Estrogen clearance. Wholegrains, fruits, vegetables are some sources. - Protein intake needs to be optimum for healing and repair. Beans, lentils, sprouts, dairy and dairy products, etc are good. - Add omega 3 fatty acids in the form of nuts, seeds, fatty fish, olive oil, etc, great for managing inflammation. - Incorporate foods rich in nutrients such as iron, folate, Vitamin B12, Vitamin C, and Vitamin A. Leafy green, nuts, seeds, dates, beans, millets, dairy and dairy products, lean meat are good sources. - Avoid packaged, refined foods. Take care ✨

What role do genetic factors play in influencing menstrual problems such as irregular cycles, severe cramping, or hormonal imbalances? @docmfrank
Off course it have a big role. Most of the time your menstruation pattern and allied symptoms will be like your mother. But at the same time, we also add up some reasons for menstrual problems like our hectic/sedentary lifestyle, stress, diet we take( eg- to produce baby and give milk, cows and buffaloes are given hormones, which appears in milk and goes in our stomach. Hormones are also infected to vegetables for faster growth. Pesticides on fruits and vegetables, substance like ajinomoto from Chinese food these are some examples.) your habits like doing heavy work during menses, night shifts, bad habits like smoking and alcohol. Thses things also affect your menstrual health.

At its core, the connection between Ayurveda and Women health is rooted in the balance and harmony of the female body. The ancient Indian practice of Ayurveda recognizes that each woman has unique needs, and through mindful practices such as yoga, diet and lifestyle, it seeks to empower women to embrace their natural cycles.Ayurveda works to achieve balance by addressing the three doshas, or subtle energies that govern our bodies. These doshas are known as vata, pitta and kapha. Each dosha is associated with the elements of wind, fire, and water respectively and serve to regulate the physical body and the mind. When our doshas are in balance, we are healthy, vibrant and radiating peace. At a deeper level, Ayurveda looks at the physiological changes that happen in the body during our menstrual cycle. On a vata dosha day, for example, a woman may experience feelings of restlessness or anxiety. On a pitta day, she may have an increased appetite or feel irritable. And on a kapha day, she may be proneto fatigue or have difficulty concentrating. By acknowledging these nuances and adjusting her diet and lifestyle accordingly, a woman can learn to identify which foods will best nourish and restore her balance during the different phases of her cycle. Ayurveda Priests or holistic health practitioners are also available to guide women in developing a meaningful relationship with their menstrual cycle. Through such practices as yoga, meditation, massage, and breathwork, these professionals help women understand not only their body’s response to their monthly fluctuations, but also how to intuitively respond to them. Ultimately, Ayurveda provides a safe, holistic space for women to honour and celebrate their cycle as an important part of their emotional and physical wellbeing. By becoming more mindful and aware of the subtle changes that occur each month from one dosha to another, women are able to learn how to better nourish and care for their bodies .more
