First of all @deeptikbchittoria this is a beautiful picture taken 😍 Secondly, yes this happens. Sometimes we do get flashbacks of some unpleasant memories when we spend time alone. Aur ye karna bhi zaroori hain. This is that time which helps us to understand which wounds haven't gotten healed yet. And then in the counselling sessions, we can talk about how to heal it.
