ادمان العلاقات ا الإدمان يكون وسيله للمخ للاوعي للحفاظ علي شئ ثابت وسط المتغيرات التي حولنا ولكي نشعر بالأمان وهناك العديد من انواع الإدمان منها إدمان العلاقات العاطفيه وهي بيكون بسبب احساس بالفراغ والحاجه الدائمه للدخول للعلاقة حتي لو كانت علاقه غير صحيه الخوف من الوحدة فقدان الثقه بالنفس دائما والاحساس بالذات من خلال العلاقات العاطفيه لو عندك اعراض زي دي او شبها تواصل معايا وكل حاجه ليها حل
