I wasn’nt getting my periods since 3 months. Was quite worried because this was the first time I hadn’t got my periods for such a long time, otherwise I am someone who gets it on time. But post these 3 months I got it now and the blood is brown in color. The bleeding is normal but the color of the blood is not something I have seen before. Its not normal blood color I feel. Should I consult a gynecologist??

It is hormonal imbalance .. consult doctor .. as this may lead / delay to PCOS or PCOD issue

There is no treatment .. it will re grow .. lifestyle changes , yoga may cure pain .. but this will be attached to your body / uterus
