#PeriodTalk We all know from common knowledge that an ideal period lasts between 3-5 days. However, for some women periods can last for 7 days throughout their lives. This doesn't indicate that something is wrong. The ideal period length is the average you have for each period. A normal period day would be using 3-5 pads, or changing out your cup 3-4 times a day. More on the first couple of days when periods are usually heavier. If you have to use more than 5-7 pads during all days of your period and feel increasing fatigue it would be ideal to get it checked to ensure there is no cause for heavy bleeding and you don't have anemia as a result.
3-5 days at the max

In the tapestry of sisterhood, I found strength and resilience. We faced challenges together, lifting each other higher. Our collective power surpassed individual limits. Through shared laughter and support, we triumphed. Sisterhood is a source of empowerment, a force that fuels dreams. Have you experienced the transformative power of sisterhood in your life? How do your connections with other women inspire and motivate you to reach new heights? Share your experiences; let's celebrate the incredible power that lies in our bonds.
My friends are my sisters and I can proudly say that. I was someone who wouldn’t share anything with my old friends because they never created that safe space for me. But later in life i found ppl who listened to ne as carefully as i did. Love the bond that we have now.

In a world where justifying ourselves seems constant, I found liberation in silence. I stopped explaining my choices, letting actions speak louder than words. It's a shift from seeking approval to embracing authenticity. When did you last feel the freedom in not justifying your decisions? How might embracing silence enhance your self-confidence? Share your thoughts on navigating a world that often demands explanations. #SelfEmpowerment #Authenticity #SilenceSpeaks
The lesser you speak, the more your thoughts are aligned. That is what I feel. Silence is not bad. Silence speaks words our mouths cannot.

Shruti Haasan remembers the time when her Dad dared her to keep a plant alive and It ended up in the freezer with the frozen fries. 🍟🌱 You can call all her a plant assassin, but who else here murders plants like a pro? 🙈 Spill your bewitching plant stories, fellow Urban Chudails! 🖤
I was in high school back then and we had a kitchen garden at the back of our kitchen. The open space was quite large and we as children used to play there in our free times. One day while we were playing cricket, I was batting. When the ball was thrown at me, i hit it soo hard that it broke one of ny mom’s favorite plant. I remember her calling me names and telling me that i am irresponsible, emotionless and what not. World just makes u feel bad for one mistake but when they do it themselves. Huh, its just a mistake u know.

I'm Maya from Bangalore, born on July 7, 1985. My husband seems distant lately. How can we reconnect and revive the love in our marriage?" @PurvanjaliTalkaboutNumbers
It's great that you're looking to reconnect with your husband. Start by having an open and honest conversation with him about how you've been feeling and ask him how he's been feeling too. Plan some quality time together, like going for a walk, cooking dinner together, or doing an activity you both enjoy. Express appreciation for each other regularly and try to rediscover what initially brought you together. Counseling or therapy can also be helpful if you both feel like you need additional support in reconnecting.

which one is better and preferrable according to you for heavy bleeders, menstural cups, tampons or pads?? @docmfrank
You should try a menstrual cup because it is more comfortable and eliminates the problem of stains. You can swim and do whatever you want, even during your heavy flow. You only have to change it when you feel that your cup is full

Love it when women so openly and boldly speak about the discrimination we face on a daily basis. And Also we should. Its not something to be scared or ashamed about. Men and women are all equal, all created by God and when God himself did not do any discrimination among them, who are humans to do so?? Isn’t it? What do you think?? Don’t you think despite of how much hate or scrutiny we might face, we should always stand up for ourselves and other women?? Because if we do, our future generations will not have to face the same. #bollywood #bollywomen #BreakingBarriers #Unladylike
Yes it is a process and luckily awareness is the first step to it …. I mean I feel it’s ok for a woman to be a home maker or a full time working person in any case she should be respected , the bigger problem is until you start earning your own money no one at home is respecting you and mostly the men in the house…. They find themselves superior cz they earn …. If the men and others start respecting the home makers with enough staff & support too so what , but then there is someone who is taking care and is responsible for the smooth running of the house & plus so much enrichment in life emotionally, socially, there is family cz of a woman , there is support …. But well it’s not looked at like that anymore and hence women are out for their respect and identity and it’s almost a mandate …. Had it not been like that there could have been a genuine choice…. Where nurture & care is valued & so is a full time working woman …..

There is indeed no age for education and Twinkle Khanna has absolutely proved that. She graduated with a Masters Degree from London University at the age of 50. Twinkle has shown the world how women can do anything once they set their mind on it. And certainly she has broken all the barriers that the society has set regarding women, age and education. #bollywomen #bollywood #bollywoodcommunity
We take pride in Twinkle Khanna for breaking societal norms, obtaining a Master's at the age of 50, proving that there is no age limit for women in education. ❤👏

Sania Mirza is indeed strong. I remember her getting soo much hate for marrying a pakistani but she stood firm and kept moving forward because she genuinely loved him from the bottom of her heart. But now seeing Shoaib Malik getting married to another women breaks my heart. How do men leave women who love them soo much and sacrifice so much?? How do their hearts even accept the fact that they can cheat on such loyal women.
Yeah so true how can someone do like this? What about love and sacrifice?

Was just wondering how free these netizens are. Cause from what I am seeing they do not mind their own bussiness. Post baby Raha’s first appearance, these jobless netizens started calling out Alia again for being pregnant before marriage and that the fact that Raha is too big and they married just some time ago. Bro, just look at that cute, innocent face. Can you not just be happy for others, just for once. Live and Let Live.
The world is ready for criticising you at anything....trust me.... literally everything. You just do what you want to do ❤️

We women are often called ‘Monsters’ just because we don’t live according to the standards set by the society. We are called names because we hangout with our friends till late night, or when we want to spend some alone time with our husbands, or when we want to date and marry someone according to our choice, etc, Aren’t we?? Have you ever been called out names for doing something that you like?? I think we all have been at some point right?? But we all need to take pride in doing what we like. Let them tell whatever they want, but its our life, our choice. We were not born to live according to others. It takes immense amount of courage to take speak boldly about being called monster, bitch, etc and Shruti Haasan has done just that. She has gracefully brought this topic out through her music single ‘Monster Machine’. So do check it out, if you haven’t. #urbanchudails #bollywood #womenempowerment #Unladylike
it's so damn true. Like every action is monitored and criticised upon. It's high time now.

What is most important for women in a relationship?
I think respect. If a women has that, she can go to any extent to fight for her man. But if she doesn’t get that, its the complete opposite and turn off.
