Hi! I am Nirdeshika jain, a certified counselling psychologist. I have done my Master’s in counselling psychology from S.N.D.T University, Mumbai. I am certified pre marital counsellor practitioner. I work with adolescents, adult and geriatric population. I strongly belief that opening up about one’s deepest thoughts and feelings can lead to profound changes. My aim is to improve one’s quality of life by delving into people mind and concentrating one “here and now” of inner self. I focus on various daily life concerns and use approaches based on person needs.

Not only will this help you stay connected, but it can also help create a stronger bond. 2. Focus on the here and now: Be present with your partner. Spend quality time together, and be mindful of how your partner feels. 3. Take time apart: Sometimes, it's necessary to take time away from each other to reconnect later. Doing things apart can help reignite passion and add excitement to your relationship. 4. Be honest with each other: Always be open and truthful. Communicate your feelings honestly and respectfully if you're feeling anxious or upset. These are few things which you can apply

There is a healthy relationship which has developed between you and your partner since last 3 months and you might be feeling stressed out and frustrated about it. I would want to help you however if you are comfortable kindly let me know few reasons of why the fight is happening. That would help me to guide you better Also there are few tips which I would like to tell you 1. Whenever the arguments happen, try to be calm in that moment. It will not take the argument further 2. Try to give little space to yourself and your partner. He might not be comfortable talking at that point of time 3. Hie, I am Nirdeshika, counselling psychologist, I hear you saying that you guys are not having healthy relationship because of the fight and it is creating stress. I would say to first solve the fight by knowing the reasons behind the argument, talking calming about the situation after the fight is over and being mindful about the words. Hello, I am Nirdeshika, Counselling psychologist. We humans do things with a reason and there must be a reason that you have cheated. Try to reflect on that. I understand it is not easy to get someone back and relationship is build on a the very important foundation called trust once that is broken it is hard to gain it. So if your partner is not talking that is okay. If you have realised your mistake and told your partner about it, give him time to process. Things also depend on what level have you cheated, what was the need, was something missing in the relationship? I would like to connect with you here
