I am 44 years now and going through toughest stage of menopause. Body , mind, soul all are in different directions. Not understanding when and how it can be peacefully managed

Hi! Cannot imagine how tough it must be :(. Menopause can be very tough on a lot of women and in that case, it’s very important to care for yourself! Make sure you are eating right and getting enough sleep. Carve out some time for yourself everyday and engage into some self love practices like a lot of skin care and haircare! Make sure you surround yourself with loved ones too
