I am a psychologist and I got you! Imagine you have a friend Deepika. Deepika seems happy and does all the things she’s supposed to do like going to office, talking to colleagues and what note. But deep down, she feels sad and worried a lot of time. She might not show it outside, but on the inside, she’s feeling extremely low and broken. This is what high functioning depression looks like.
