Sometimes I really think, 'Kya usko apni galatiyaan realise hui hongi? ' Agar nahi, to mann karta hai I should go and tell him that how you have hurt me, how many times you did those things again and again! But should for it or leave it?

Trauma bonding! Some of you might be known to this term and some not. So let me just explain you. So basically the Trauma Bonding is a connection between an abusive person and the person they abuse. The abuse can be physical, emotional or mental. So if you are in an abusive relationship and still you’re affectionate with that person then it is not love. It is TRAUMA BONDING! I’ve been through it, it is very tough and disturbing. So I’ll share with you some of my personal experience, jisko mai pyaar samjhti rahi, but I was trauma bonded. Till then if you have been in such situation, please share in the comment section.
I am suffering from trauma since my college days where a classmate threatened me to be physical with him and I refused, thereafter he started passing abusive comments in class. I was sitting on front bench and I used to hear his comments from behind, I was too afraid to explain my situation to anyone and kept suffering alone , he kept threatening , I initially was afraid, but this turned into trauma and I decided to be nice to him and started speaking to him....I thought I was in love him and got attached and later entered into a toxic relationship which after years left me with another level of trauma and depression.
