When we do these kind of practices, that time if we are suffering from a trauma or anxiety, firstly if we are doing this in a regular basis they really help us for being calm when we reach a certain position where our thoughts become null then the real journey begins from here after that gradually we understand what is wrong with us, where and why the things were not working in our favour and when we understand so by the of these practices we also found the solution of all kinds of problems because the main problem is now-a-days we don't understand the root cause of problem and mindfull practices helps us to getting it and after getting it it will be very easy to find the solution.๐๐๐
