what is the best diet for kids

Hey! I am Shruti Shingvi a dietitian with a master’s in nutrition & dietetics. The best diet for kids is the diet that fulfils their daily nutrient requirements according to their age, activity level and growth. I would recommend starting with ensuring they’re eating enough i.e 3 meals and a few snacks in between. Diet should consist of plenty of fruits, vegetables, dairy like dahi, paneer, milk and if they consume non veg eggs, chicken and fish can be started according to their age. I would recommend starting with a handful of soaked nuts like almonds, walnuts, manuka as well. If you want a personalised diet plan you can connect with me in my lives and we will figure it out.
