Hello jyotsana, I'm Krisha Sanghvi, a counselling psychologist here to help. It's perfectly okay to feel alone and wish for good friends in your life. You are not alone holding this feeling Feeling hurt after trust breaks is understandable. Start by seeking friendships in places where you feel safe and comfortable, such as hobbies or community groups. Remember to take things slowly and allow trust to build gradually. It's also important to focus on self-care and understanding your own needs during this process.
