why all negativity, anxiety, fights, arguments happen at night when we don't hv option to escape or divert and we end up lying on bed and crying
In our daily lives we face negative situations or anger everyday and at the end of the day that negativity gets accumulated around our aura and we tend to get irritated more during night simple hack to avoid negativity is just write negative thoughts on a piece of paper and flush it so that negativity is not accumulated around your aura

i don't hv strength left to do any physical activity not even walk bcoz of my continuous health issues neither m able to keep track on my calories bcoz of stress eating m nt able to reduce but thankfully m nt putting on more weight there is inch loss Naturally but bit stomach still there. Any tips?
