Hi Coto Fam, I am a working woman, I live alone and I have a boyfriend. I do not wish to move to his parent's house. He is ready to come over (blessed🫰). I am planning to buy a flat. I always wanted to own one. My question is, should we buy the flat together like 'normal' couples? Or should I buy it alone? Given the circumstances these days we can never be sure what happens next, so I'm little concerned on buying a property with someone. However, I see plenty of people who buy flats together and share the expenses. Please help!

please ,NO joint transections, noatter how close both of you feel. Be financially independent means if you can buy on your own ,go ahead. congratulations.

please consider to get married and then buy the property together. In current situation if you buy a property alone, there might be power - ego issues ..if you buy it together it's more risky..I hope you think carefully and make the decision..Wish you the best ..tc

Hi Good to know you have found a loving partner and his family too seems to be caring for you. However, it's advisable to avoid any joint financial transaction, but if you think that it's safe and wish to go ahead.. You can with the readiness to bear it's consequences good or bad!
