माता लक्ष्मी की पूजा खासकर शाम के वक्त होती है. शुक्रवार की शाम आप हाथ-पैर धोकर साफ कपड़े पहनकर अष्ट लक्ष्मी की पूजा करें. अष्ट लक्ष्मी की तस्वीर पर गुलाब का फूल चढ़ाएं, फिर धूप-दीप दिखाएं. इसके बाद 'ऐं ह्रीं श्रीं अष्टलक्ष्मीयै ह्रीं सिद्धये मम गृहे आगच्छागच्छ नम: स्वाहा' का जाप करें.
