Keeping a Journal of what’s going on in your life is a good way to help you distill what’s important and what’s not - Martina Navratilova Without knowing what’s important and what is not, you can’t truly live your best life. What’s your Focus-o-meter? · Ever felt lost in self-doubt while working towards your vision? · Ever wondered why in spite of having all our planning correct and our complete energy and passion in place, we are unable to accomplish our set goals? · Has it ever bothered you to be constantly distracted while executing your priority tasks or while attending an important meeting or while chasing a deadline? If your answer to the above is ”yes”, then you must know that you are going through a phase where the lack of focus and clarity will stand as the biggest roadblock in your path to success. It's needless to say that between all the roles that we play and all the tasks that we take up, our ability to focus defines success or failure. So if you are on the other side of the focus-o-meter, The Focus Factor can get you started with the journey of Focus & Clarity. From prompting you to setting your daily intentions to making you prioritise your tasks, from helping you de-clutter your space & mind to helping you set your wheel of life, from letting you solidify your values to challenging your dysfunctional core beliefs - this planner is layered in ways that will help you open up, express, reflect, choose your responses and practice mindfulness while being on the journey of self-awareness. @siri_v Don't be too hard on yourself. Think of the bigger picture and what you'd be able to do for your family once you achieve your goals. Sometimes it's hard but have to keep going.
