Answer
@Phoenix_Method_Coaching. Feeling unsure at work. How can I believe in myself more and feel confident in what I do?
Think of some examples of where you have done well, at work, personal life, in school. I am sure you have many great examples of these.. Remember, how you made that happen. It’s still in you! Right now, with the limited info you have given me, you seem to be just self sabotaging. When you think back on your achievements, find some affirmation of yourself from that, and repeat it everyday.
Answer
Hey @Phoenix_Method_Coaching I'm struggling with conflicting feelings towards someone I want to detach from. Despite feeling resentment towards them, I find myself unable to let go completely. It's frustrating because I've asked them not to message me, yet I still find myself reaching out to them. Deep down, I know I want to move on, but there's a part of me that feels drawn to them. How can I break this cycle and find peace within myself?
Set clear boundaries, limit contact with the person, focus on self-care and personal growth, seek support from friends or a therapist, and remind yourself of your worth and the importance of your own well-being.

I have gained a habit of getting nervous when something comes suddenly to me be it related to normal things. I'm not liking this thing about me. What can I do to improve the situations that make me feel nervous? @Phoenix_Method_Coaching
When things come suddenly to you out of the blue, it’s called triggers. Usually triggers are emotions that we have not fully processed. All emotions are good for us and important to process. When it happens, name the emotion, note what triggered it. There is something there that needs to be processed. I can help you with this. To get through the day, just focus on 1 things at a time. Allow the pressure of multi-tasking to fade away. It’s important for your nervous system to relax first!

Balancing work, personal life and self care has been challenging lately. I have started exercise and yoga to overcome this but it's not help me. Please give me some tips to overcome these anxieties? @Phoenix_Method_Coaching
First of all, there is no such thing as Balance in life! There is only Harmony. Everyday, if you expect to do everything in its allotted time, when will you rest? There will be some days, where you can focus on yourself and some days where work gets more. Figure out what that Harmony is. Make time for what matters to you. Use your calendar to fill in personal activities too. Recognize which activity takes most of your time. Usually people realize that it is scrolling on their phone that takes so much of their time in the day. Become very intentional about what you do. Remember, any kind of change requires consistency. But show kindness to yourself. If you give yourself a hard time everytime you don’t feel you have achieved harmony, it takes longer. Keep a kindness journal and write about how kind you have been to yourself. The better you feel, the more committed you are. If you guilt yourself into a commitment then you are heading for a nervous breakdown.

Why won’t my body/mind let me sleep? I haven’t slept in days, my body just lays in bed and thinks about nothing for 8-10 hours. I’m feeling desperate. Are there any known treatments, medicines, or miracles? @Phoenix_Method_Coaching
STOP IT! You are overthinking everything, over analyzing everything! The first step is to become aware and STOP it! These are repressed & suppressed thoughts & emotions coming up. There is a way to listen to it and let it go. MSG me privately and we can get into it.

Hey, @Phoenix_Method_Coaching I've been seeing a therapist for about a month now, and while she's not doing anything wrong, I'm not experiencing significant progress or feeling particularly supported. It's my first time in therapy, and I chose her initially because I believe in giving people a chance. However, I'm starting to wonder if it's time to switch to a therapist with more experience who might offer different perspectives or techniques. On the other hand, I've already built some rapport with my current therapist, and she knows me to some extent. How do I know if it's the right time to switch therapists? Should I prioritize familiarity and continuity, or is it worth exploring other options for potentially better outcomes?
The best person to tell you when it’s time to switch, is you! If you are feeling it, then do it. I’m sure your current therapist is lovely! Maybe you just need something different. That’s ok, she already knows this and will understand. Different approaches work for different people, sometimes you have to date many therapists to find the one that suits you. If you like, we can get on a 30 min free session where I can give you more advice. MSG me privately.

I find myself in a whirlwind of on-and-off feelings for someone special. There are moments of connection and then periods of uncertainty. How do I navigate these emotional fluctuations? Is it normal to experience such ups and downs in relationships? Seeking advice on how to understand and manage these feelings to build a more stable connection. @Phoenix_Method_Coaching
Yes it is ok to feel these fluctuations! We are emotional beings, we have different needs and wants. Knowing what you need from the relationship and how you like to feel connected, helps you to communicate that better. Remember, it’s not always about you giving to the relationship, it’s also about receiving. Believing what you see in your relationship is important too. If women don’t feel safe with their partner, seen or heard.. there is no smooth or loving relationship to discuss.
