I, you, we, they menggunakan "am/are" saat diikuti oleh kata sifat dan kata kerja berakhiran -ing, serta "do" saat diikuti oleh kata kerja. Sedangkan he, she, it menggunakan "is" saat diikuti oleh kata sifat dan "does" saat diikuti oleh kata kerja.

Mulailah dengan dasar-dasar: Pelajari alfabet, pengucapan, dan struktur dasar kalimat. Fokus pada kosakata umum: Pelajari kata-kata sehari-hari dan frasa yang sering digunakan. Pahami tata bahasa: Pelajari aturan dasar tata bahasa, seperti tense, articles, prepositions, dan word order. Praktikkan mendengarkan dan berbicara: Latih kemampuan mendengarkan dan berbicara dengan mendengarkan audio, menonton film atau video, dan berbicara dengan orang asli atau rekan sejawat. Pelajari keterampilan membaca: Baca teks-teks sederhana terlebih dahulu, lalu tingkatkan kompleksitasnya seiring waktu. Kembangkan keterampilan menulis: Mulai dengan menulis kalimat sederhana, lalu tingkatkan ke paragraf dan tulisan yang lebih kompleks. Terus berlatih: Praktikkan bahasa Inggris setiap hari, baik dengan membaca, menulis, mendengarkan, maupun berbicara. Selamat belajar!
