Physiotherapy has no side effects or complications only if sometimes it is not personalized and exercises are done without Guidance, one may find it painful

I love my profession and helping people in the best way I can. The thing i don't like may be is there are limitations of treatment options and sometimes i may not be able to give complete relief to my patient's complaints though i try my best. Patient should have faith in the therapy and leave it to the treating hands to get the best results. We may not add years to patient's life but we add life to years and improve quality of life.
