Your body is made up of 5 elements and these are also the elements of nature present in pure form there. So when you align yourself with the nature it heals you at many different levels. Deep breathing outdoor, walking bare foot on grass, sitting in the early morning sun, bathing with water at natural temperature are some of the things you can start with to experience nature and its power. Despite efforts to follow conventional diets and workout routines, the results aren't clear. It's not just about weight, it's about reclaiming a sense of well-being and stability in yourself. Hi Nadia, I hope you are well. For realistic, and sustainable weight loss, you must focus on the following factors. - Sleep routine ( 7-8hrs of sound sleep) - A balanced diet ( it should have enough fibre , protein, and good fats...fibre from fruits, vegetables, wholegrains,....protein from lentils, beans, pulses, dairy and dairy products, nuts, and seeds, chicken, fish, eggs...good fats from fish, nuts, and seeds) 3) Enough water intake ( drink at least 8-10 glasses of water as per your thirst) 4) Reduce stress by meditating daily for 15 minutes ( on waking up, and before sleeping), and by exercising for 30mins ( 4-5times, a week).
